In partnership with my clients, I work to simplify the complexity by which Executives experience personal and/or professional struggles. The work begins with a simple measured understanding of accountability for the partnership. The partnership is a key necessity in the process, and serves as the cornerstone from which the work is developed. The work focuses on personal empowerment of my clients to identify and confront the professional or personal obstructions that continuously delay personal and professional congruence. The work aims to highlight how influential an individual’s profession is to his or her life. I look to identify positive and negative influences to create a sense of balance with the purpose of forward progression and stability.
In my work there is no one size fits all approach. People are unique with dynamic characteristics and attributes that create a person’s distinction. The work demands an element of flexibility and creativity to assemble the pieces needed to obtain professional clarity regarding the impact an Executive’s profession is having on his or her life. My overall objective is to assist with reintroducing my clients to his or her genuine self and dissolve certain elements of the synthetic self. Additionally, I aim to work with individuals that may feel slightly uncomfortable with his or her success as it relates to his or her background.
